Nursing Training Admissions Forms for the 2025/2026 Academic Year Available for sale
Health Training Institution (HTI): Please to inform the general public that the Nursing Training Admission Forms for 2025/2026 Academic Year are now available for purchase, any prospective candidates interested in becoming a nurse.
Students who wish to enroll in this nursing school should take a step to buy the voucher.
As part of efforts to make health education and training accessible to many Ghanaian youth, the government has reduced the cost of the 2025/2026 Nursing Training Admission Forms.
Per information available to this Ghanamediatrend portal, the cost of the form has been reduced from GHS200.00 to GHS150.00.
The forms can be purchased either online with MoMo or at any required banks.
Where to buy/purchase the Nursing Training Admission Forms?
Interested candidates may purchase the admission e-voucher at a cost of GHC 150 at the following bank branches nationwide below:
- Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB)
- Fidelity Bank
- Republic Bank
- Agricultural Development Bank (ADB)
Note: Currently the cost of the voucher is GHS150.00.
Once you secure the voucher, use the PIN and a Serial number to log onto the admission portal and fill out the forms.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL NURSING PROGRAMMES
PROGRAMMES:
i. Registered General Nursing (RGN)
ii. Registered Midwifery (RM)
iii. Public Health Nursing (PHN)
iv. Registered Mental Nursing (RMN)
v. Registered Community Psychiatry Nursing (RCPN)
Entry Requirements for Ghanaian Nationals:
An aggregate score of thirty-six (36) or better comprising (A1 – C6) in three (3) core subjects, i.e., ENGLISH,
MATHEMATICS and INTEGRATED SCIENCE/ADDITIONAL MATHEMATICS/BIOLOGY, and in three
Elective subjects (A1 – C6) in any of the following programmes itemized below.

- Applicants must be 16-35 years old
- Applicants should have their certificate and transcript interpreted by GTEC and WAEC.
- Applicants have professional verification done if applying for the post-basic Programme.
How to Apply for 2025/2026 Nursing Training Admission
- After Purchase a voucher for GH150.00 from any of the required banks
- Visit 'healthtraining.gov.gh.'
- Click on Apply, located on top of this page to start filling out the admission form.
- Enter the Serial and PIN found on the voucher.
- Fill out the form with your details.
- Attach certificate/s and Passport-size photo as required on the admission portal..
- Submit and print out the application summary.
- Regularly check your application status with the PIN and Serial number after applying for admission.
Make sure you get a notification that Congratulations by following these steps, you have successfully applied for admission.
Ensure that you meet the basic requirements so that you increase your chances of gaining an admission into the institution.
