NTC officially releases message to clarify date for registration of teachers' licensure examination 2025 over misinformation.

The National Teaching Council has released a message to clarify the purported date set for the registration of the teachers' licensure examination in 2025.

In a statement released and signed by Dennis Osei Owusu, Head of Public Affairs, on March 3, 2025, "It has come to the attention of the National Teaching Council (NTC) that a public false announcement purported to have come from the Council called for registration for the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination (GTLE) slated for May 5 to 6, 2025."

According to the official statement, the National Teaching Council has not opened the registration for GTLE, nor has it set an official date for GTLE.

All prospective candidates advise to verify information only through the official NTC communication channels, including our official website www.ntc.gov.gh and authorized social media accounts.

The Nation Teaching Council urged the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious communications related to the Council’s activities.
