UEW Opens Admission Portal for Full-Time Undergraduate Programme: B.A. German Education for the 2024/2025 Academic Year (Apply Now…).

The University of Education, Winneba, invites applications from qualified candidates for admission into the B.A. German Education programmed.

Programmes Options:

1.German Education with French

2. German Education with English

3. German Education with Applied Linguistics

Entry Requirements: 

1. WASSCE Holders 

* Credit passes (A1–C6) in six (6) subjects, comprising:

* Three core subjects: English Language, Mathematics, and Integrated Science or Social Studies

* Three elective subjects: including literature in English, French, Ghanaian languages, or other related subjects.
Knowledge of the German language is not required.

2. SSSCE/ABCE/GBCE Holders

* Credit passes (A–D) in six (6) subjects, comprising:

* Three elective subjects, including Literature-in-English, French, Ghanaian Language(s), or other related subjects

* Three core subjects: English Language, Mathematics, and Integrated Science or Social Studies

3. School Certificate/GCE Holders

* Five (5) credits at GCE "O" Level, including English Language and Mathematics

* Two (2) "A" Level passes other than General Paper

4. Diploma Holders

* Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) from an accredited institution

5. Baccalauréat or Equivalent Holders

* Grade "C" or better in English and any other foreign language

* Must seek clearance from the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) for certificate evaluation.

Career Prospects:
