A Nigerian mother has reportedly been abandoned by her children because she never sent them to school.
She now sleeps under a bridge and bathes in the bush.
The tragic story when viral on X, formerly Twitter, depicting how a woman express about her struggles and the neglect she faces from her children.
According to her, her first son, whom she described as “wicked,” has refused to take care of her or even answer her calls despite her repeated attempts to reach him.
“My children are wicked, especially the first one, a male. He abandoned me after building his house. If you want to call him, I can give you his number,” she said.
When asked why her children had turned their backs on her, she disclosed: “I called one of them to ask why, and he said it was because I didn’t send him to school. I told him there was no money at the time.”
She went on to describe her current living conditions, saying she has been sleeping outside for the past four years and bathing in the bush.
“I’ve been sleeping here under the rain for four years. This is where I’ve been staying. I bathe in the bush.”
