58th Congregation
The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, announces for the information of 2024 graduates and the general public that its 58th congregation ceremonies will be held from Wednesday, November 20, to Saturday, November 30, 2024.
Graduates who completed their programmes of study in August 2024 should pay the graduation fee of Ghc 450.00 at any of the following banks: Absa Bank, Cal Bank, CBG, Ecobank, Fidelity Bank Ghana, GCB Bank, GT Bank, Republic Bank, Stanbic Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, UBA, and Zenith Bank.
The graduation fee covers congregational publications, graduation medals, certificate holders, university souvenirs, graduation photographs, and administrative costs.
Graduands are required to provide the following information at the bank:
- Name
- Programme of Study
- Examination Index Number
- Student ID Number
- Contact Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address

Graduands are expected to be seated THIRTY (30) MINUTES before the commencement of each program in the academic gown appropriate to their program of study or college and worn preferably over a suit/jacket with a university tie/scarf or other suitable but decent dress.
