Youth Employment Agency opens applications for Phase 2 Skills Training Programme.
Youth Employ Agency's Skill Training Module, which saw thousands of young Ghanaians acquire essential job market skills.
Phase 1
During the Phase 1 of the initiative transformed many lives by equipping beneficiaries with vital skills and tools for various artisanal professions.
Participants have since entered the workforce with confidence, with many establishing their own businesses or securing employment in their chosen fields.
The feedback, according to YEA, has been highly positive, underscoring the programme's impact
Phase 2
Youth Employment Agency (YEA), has opened it portal again to recruit additional 10,000 youth across Ghana.
However, this programme seeks to offer quality training in ten artisanal professions listed below:
- Autowork
- Carpentry
- hairdressing
- Glazing works
- Plaster of Paris (POP)
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Beauty Care
- General Electrical
- Welding and Fabrication.
Elibility Criteria
- Applicants must be a Ghanaian youth age between 18 and 35 years
- Must demonstrate a strong passion and dedication for skill work
- Must be willing to undergo a training period to acquire the necessary skills to establish their own venture
NOTE: This programme is open to applicants nationwide
All prospective successful applicants will receive comprehensive training and essential starter packs to help them launch their careers.
