A 20-year-old young man in Nsanje district has committed suicide by hanging himself after being accused of impregnating three girls.
The Spokesperson for Nsanje Police Agnes Zalakaoma, has confirmed the incident, and she has identified the deceased at Yohane Matuku.
Makutu was found lifeless after hanging himself from the roof of his house during the night of Monday, 9 September 2024.
Police are now investigating the matter and have asked for more time to comment.
Yohane Matuku hails from Chikolo Village Traditional Authority Tengani in Nsanje District.
