The management of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) issued a directive for the resolution of portal issues for students.
With reference to the above subject, we kindly request all students who;
a. do not have an index number.
b. have difficulty paying fees at the bank
c. have been unable to go through the course registration (Freshers Only)
d. do not have academic records in their portal (for continuing students only).
According to the official statement, prospective students are to submit copies of their admission letters, fee-paying slips, and any pertinent documentation that helps to resolve the issue to the SRC Secretariat. Alternatively, electronic submissions can be forwarded via the designated platform (siphelpdesk@uew.edu.gh).
However, your prompt response will be appreciated. All submissions must be tendered before the commencement of the 2nd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year.
