The management of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), scheduled reopening for the 2nd semester, 2024.
SECOND SEMESTER DRAFT
With regards to the second semester of the University of Education, Winneba has scheduled the academic calendar for the 2023/2024 academic year.
According to the management of the University of Education Winneba (UEW), students are to report to school on Saturday, May 25, 2024.
Student registration will commence on Monday, May 27, and Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
NOTE: Lectures begin Thursday, May 30, 2024.
Resit/Supplimentary Examinations: Monday, 10 and Friday, 14, 2024.
Regarding Resit, the date was changed in order to resolve portal issues, which commenced on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, for all prospective students "Who have Resit" to write
Mid-Semester Examinations: Monday, July 8 to Friday, July 12, 2024.
Academic board meeting to consider first semester results Tuesday, June 23, 2024.
End of Second Semester Examinations: Monday, August 26, to Friday, September 13, 2024.
Students go down on Saturday, September 14, 2024.
Lectures Compulsory Leave: Monday, September 16 to Friday, September 27, 2024.
SANDWICH BEGINS: Monday, September 23, 2024.
Deadline for submission of project works: Friday, September 27, 2024.
Departmental board of discussion of end-of-semester results: Monday, October 7, 2024.
Faculty board discussion of end-of-semester results: Monday, October 14, 2024.
Publication of provisional results by faculty: Monday, October 21, 2024.
Special Resit for Final Year Students: Monday, October 28, 2024.
SANDWICH ENDS: Saturday, October 30, 2024.
Academic board discussion of end-of-semester and final results: Saturday, November 16, 2024.
