Ghanaian Rapper Medikal and Dancehall Artist Shatta Wale have been called out by netizens for spraying cash on the streets upon their return from the UK.
The pair came back from a triumphant performance at the Indigo O2 in the UK, organized by Medikal on May 3, 2024, where they filled up the 2,800-seat venue.
They were joined by some A-list Ghanaian artists, including Sarkodie and Bisa Kdei.

In videos grinding on social media, Medikal arrived at Kotoka International Airport on May 14, 2024, and was joined by Shatta Wale.
The two were greeted by throngs of fans and supporters who had come to welcome the artists and congratulate them on their success.
In one video, the duo was seen clutching stacks of cash, climbing the roof of a car, and spraying the money on the excited fans.
In another video, Medikal’s convoy halted in the midst of traffic, and cash was sprayed onto the streets as excited hawkers scrambled for the notes.
