Mohammed Kudus has finally arrived in Ghana to link up with the Black Stars squad ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
Head coach of Ghana, Chris Hughton, confirmed that the West Ham United player's arrival was somewhat delayed due to a minor injury.
On Monday, Kudus is anticipated to arrive at the Black Stars camp in Kumasi, where the team is currently based.
Kudus will not play in the pre-AFCON friendly against Namibia on Monday, January 8, 2023, at Baba Yara Stadium, despite his availability.
His recovery from the previously reported minor injury is still ongoing.
