This notifies all fresher's enrolled in the University's School of Graduate Studies (including PhD, Distance Learning, and PGDLOD) and Undergraduate (Top-up and Post First Degree LLB) programs that a matriculation ceremony will take place on the following dates:
Date: Thursday, November 23, 2023
Venue: Kofi Ohene Konadu Auditorium (KOKA)
Time: 10 a.m. prompt
By 9:00 a.m., all first-year students must be seated.
Please, kindly take note that completing the ceremonies of matriculation and signing the matriculation oath is a requirement for every fresher's to enrolling in University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA). The admission of any new student will be canceled if they do not show up for the matriculation ceremony.
Fresh students are expected to affirm the matriculation oath online by following the link on their USIS student portal. Students are required to print out a proof of affirmation of matriculation oath slip and append their signature to it for submission to the various deans of schools and faculties after the matriculation ceremony.
Fresh students will also take the Matriculation Oath during the ceremony.
The prescribed attire for the ceremony is a formal dress, i.e., a suit or jacket, with preferably a UPSA necktie or a UPSA scarf in the case of ladies.
