He was the former Assemblies of God campus ministry president (AGCM) at SEWFI BODI (SHS) in the Western region, currently in the Western North region.
He was the former regional public relations officer (PRO) at the Upper East Students Union University of Education in Winnebaa.
He was the former president of the National Union of Kusaug Students (NUKS) University of Education Winneba.
Ayamba Abewin Jonathan finally declared his intention to contest as an assemblyman for the Tariganga Kugsabilla electoral area at Tempane in the Upper East Region 2023.
With the regards of him, integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, empathy, and gratitude, he was called by the opinion leaders to contest for the position of Assembly member at the Tariganga Kugsabilla electoral area.
Jonathan has led people before, and he's still leading people currently, he is the National Union of Kusaug Students Vice President (NUKS). He said if the people of Tariganga Kugsabilla at Tempane agree and give him the position by casting their Vote for him to become assemblyman, he will try his best and bring development into the community.
In one-on-one conversations, he said that he had the drive and the capacity to work with others at that high level to enhance public education for our children and make sure that they are more effectively connected, both physically and virtually.
