University graduate died after a cow attack him

The day after defending his undergraduate project, Joel Felix Akowe aka Joe Black, a recent Kogi State University graduate in Chemistry Education, suddenly died.

After submitting his final exam on September 12 and posting pictures of himself kneeling before his father in gratitude for the sacrifices he had made for his education, Joe Black reportedly became well-known.

However, the 24-year-old just graduated and a friend were traveling to Iyale in Kogi State's Dekina Local Goment Area when they came across a herd of cows, and one of the cows attacked them, sending the two to the hospital.

The unfortunate incident, according to a close friend of the deceased, took place in Ologba Village.

When they stumbled into cows in Ologba Village, which was before their village, the dead was the one riding the bike that had brought them there, according to her.

In contrast to Joe Black's friend, who suffered serious injuries but had been discharged from the hospital, Joe died three days later.

She claimed that Joe Black was a dedicated individual who presented his business proposal with her after receiving his university degree.

According to the report, who pleaded anonymously, the deceased told her that he doesn’t want to go to the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) because he wants to venture into the cashew business immediately.

However, she said to be the one who suggested he join NYSC, pointing out that it wouldn't interfere with his cashew business.

"Joe Black is a very humble, cool, and respectful person who never tried to insult anybody," the deceased friend stated.
