The University of Education Winneba (UEW) SRC management create a help desk for freshers for admission-related issues and general information pertaining to the 2023/2024 academic year.
SRC management noted that university students (especially Freshers) always found it hard to make requests and share their views based on themselves and the institution.
In the SRC survey, the mindset of students is to bring out this content of the help desk to be able for the students to know the right channel in any need of help about the university.
According to SRC management, doing this will help students stay in touch with them easily about the freshmen's admissions-related issues at the institution and general information pertaining to the academic year.
However, SRC is providing an open-minded platform for all students to equally share their views in any situation. Students are always welcome to come to their doorstep for help.
