After stealing and selling her father's mobile phone to support a birthday party for her boyfriend, a lady has been expelled from her parents' house.
The lady, who has been known only as Candy (not her real name), disclosed how she was forced to leave her home because she wanted to organize an extremely expensive birthday party for her boyfriend.
According to the lady, that her boyfriend's birthday was approaching, she was interested in organizing him a birthday party but had no enough money to do so.
When she encountered her father for money, he said he didn't have any and that the family was barely getting by on what little money he had saved.
However, the response wasn’t what she wanted to hear from him. She started thinking about plans to raise money for the day, and what came to mind was to sell one of her father’s mobile phones.
Candy said her father had two mobile phones, and he rarely used one of them, so she sold the phone and used the money to organize a birthday party and also buy her boyfriend the sneakers he had been wishing for.
When she arrived home, her father discovered the phone was missing and immediately blamed their housekeeper of having stolen it. However, the family eventually learned that she was the one who had actually taken the phone and had used the money to organize a birthday celebration for her boyfriend.
She was sent out of the house since her act had made her father lose official contacts, documents, and, worst of all, contracts, which also pushed her siblings to drop out of school.
She also decided to move in with her boyfriend, but her calls to his phone were never answered, forcing her to go to his place. Upon reaching there, she overheard him and his friends insulting and describing her as a “mugu”.
After waiting at his door for over 30 minutes, she barged in and was shocked to see that they were having sêxual intercourse with each other, which meant her boyfriend was also gay.
When she swiftly walked out the door, her boyfriend didn't follow and apologize; instead, he got up, closed the door, and prevented her from getting close to him.
Candy narrated that it has been years since the incident happened, and her boyfriend has not made any attempt to get in touch with her. She is now telling a friend since her family is also not ready to see her face anymore.
