A second year female student at the University of Education, Winneba has come forward to disclose her role in transmitting the HIV/AIDS virus to 15 students and 5 lecturers, resulting in their infection.
She shared this information through an anonymous post on the social media platform Jodel, revealing that she deliberately engaged in unprotected sêxual encounters with them with the intention of transmitting the virus.
