Since he didn't give her enough chop money, the trotro driver's girlfriend assaults the station and prevents the car from moving.
The girlfriend of a Trotter driver has made him feel extremely embarrassed over housekeeping money, known as "chop money."
The girlfriend stormed the boyfriend’s station at Sapeiman in the Greater Accra region to demand extra money as she found the amount he left wasn't enough for her.
She swore never to allow him to move the car until he topped up the money and stood in front of the car.
The girlfriend was insulting the man, saying that ever since he moved to Accra, all he does is waste his money on gambling.
the man tried to convinced her to come and sit in the car, but she wasn’t having any of that.
one driver at the station could be heard saying to her that the way she’s behaving makes her agitation wrong even if she has a good case.
