It appears as if this woman left her cellphone inside the house and went out to the toilet; however, her husband answered her cellphone as it was ringing, but the son quickly ran towards the toilet to let his mother know that his father just answered her phone, and as a result, she jumped out the toilet running. As we can see in the below photo, the toilet paper was following her.
