According to the report reaching the desk of skyypowerfm.com, the lifeless body of a man believed to be in his thirties (30s) has been discovered hanging by the neck.
The body was discovered in an uncompleted building at Bankyease, a suburb of the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis.
According to the Assembly Member speaking to skyypowerfm.com indicated that the police who were called to the scene alleged that the victim was rather beaten to death and later hanged by the neck.
