Hon. Agbango Simon Ayande was elected as an Assembly Member in the years 2002, 2006, and 2010. He won the elections three consecutive times in the Zebilla constituency of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Hon. Agbango Simon Ayande has served the great NDC from branch level till date.
He was appointed as a District Chief Executive (DCE) in the year 2013 to replace former DCE, Moro Naaba for Zebilla Constituency.
With hon. Agbango Simon Ayande's great work for the NDC party, he held the office together with hon. Cletus Avoka Apul, Members of Parliament (MP).
