The Minipack Printing Press in Kokomlemle, an Accra suburb, was destroyed by fire.
According to some witnesses who spoke with Citi News, they requested help from the fire department when they noticed smoke coming from the building.
Kofi Attah, the facility's traumatized owner, said that the machinery damaged by the fire cost him roughly one million Ghana cedis.
Personnel of the Ghana National Fire Service who managed to put out the fire said there have been several distress calls to attend to emergency fires today.
Due to the dry conditions, they advised the general population to exercise additional vigilance.
