Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), 2022.
By Thursday, January 19, 2023, the results of the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) for 2022 will "hopefully" be made available.
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) for the Ministry of Education, Kwasi Kwarteng, stated as much in an interview with JoyNews on Friday.
According to WAEC, the BECE results should be available by January 19th, he stated.
The Ministry is eager to make sure that first-year Senior High School (SHS) pupils begin studies early, Mr. Kwarteng continued.
As a result, the students will be assigned to their respective secondary schools a little earlier than in previous years once the results are announced.
"The placement will be much sooner this year. We are looking at February as opposed to March so that students can arrive at school much earlier, Mr. Kwarteng continued.
He also mentioned that there will be manual provisions in place for students who are unable to check online to view their school placements after they have been released for the 2022 BECE applicants.

Candidates can view their 2021 BECE results online at www.waecgh.org or wait for the Metropolitan/Municipal/District Directors of Education to deliver them to their respective schools.
