At Spintex in Accra, a man beheaded his girlfriend. It's thought that he did it as part of a ritual.
On Tuesday afternoon, the Ghana Police hurried to the area where the woman was found wrapped in an old mattress with his head severed.
After conducting a forensic examination of the scene, the suspect was promptly taken into custody.
The suspect's custody of the girl's head was eventually retrieved. The guy was then paraded around holding the woman's head in his hands.
As they arrested their suspect and brought them away, the police placed the body in a body bag.
According to a confidential report, the man performed the deed as part of a ceremony. He lured his girlfriend into his room, made him drunk, then stabbed him to death before beheading him.
