Reggie Rockstone, a pioneer in hip-hop, has explained why he has never signed an artist.
He revealed he would rather to guide than sign an artist while appearing as a guest on Class Media Group's CTV.

He told presenter Larry Bozzle, "I am all about spreading my wisdom.

The Hiplife icon continued, "Some people have talent but a horrible character. Even though some people are extremely talented, they enjoy battling.
Again, he stated that certain talents are so preoccupied that "they won't come" to a meeting when called.
Some folks even commit theft. You collaborate with them successfully, but if you are careless, they will take from you.
The businessman and musician emphasized the value of having excellent morals in addition to talent.
"Talent doesn't necessarily make you," he added.
He said, "I prefer to walk with individuals for a while to study them since it's my money I'm going to put in you," when asked about taking someone under his wing.
Another thing the "Ahh" hitmaker noted that prevents him from signing artists is the indiscriminate termination of contracts by signees.
He lamented that "some people are not loyal, so the minute they find someone who has more money, they leave you for them."
