NSS POSTING TO BE SKILLS BASED; EXECUTIVES DIRECTOR, 2022/2023
According to Mr. Osei Assibey Antwi, Executive Director of the National Service Scheme, service members would be deployed in 2022–2023 based on their specializations and skills.
Speaking during the NSS Week celebration's opening ceremony in Kumasi, Mr. Antwi said that the individuals would not be sent to the institutions of their choosing, but rather based on their skills, which would allow them to gain the necessary experience.
Some of the staff, Mr. Assibey added, were sent to institutions where they were ineffective, and as a result, during their tenure as employees, they worked as messengers.
Mr Assibey indicated that the program will ensure tight execution of its provisions by saying he wanted the staff to feel relevant at the institutions to which they would be posted.

He therefore, entreated service personel to accept where they are Posted because want them to get experience in their field of studies.
