13 Years old Girl Committed Suicide Over a Pencil
A pencil misunderstanding led to the reported hanging suicide of a thirteen-year-old girl.
According to reports, Patricia, the teenager who has been named, misunderstood with her younger brother before committing the act.
The mother allegedly intervened when she overheard the argument and afterwards brought her younger son outside to settle it.
According to a witness' account, "blood smears were seeping from her nostrils."
Police had been notified of the problem, and the body had been taken to the morgue for examination.
The incident happened in the Eastern Region's Birim North Municipality near New Abirem.
But when she came back, she discovered her daughter had strangled herself with a rope in her parents' bedroom.
