I need more – World’s most fertile woman with 44 children
Mariam Nabatanzi, the world's most Fertile Woman, is eager to welcome new life after giving birth to 44 children.
The 38-year-old woman known as Mother Uganda or Mother Africa claimed she is willing to have more children for any man who is responsible enough to take her as his wife.
She views childbirth as "not that horrible," and after 15 trips through the laboring suite, she is qualified to work as a pro.

In an interview with Afrimax TV, Mariam revealed that she had only intended to have seven children and that having more children was not a choice she made.
"I only wanted seven, I said. You understand why; my brothers were killed. I originally wanted to have five kids so I could give them the names of my deceased siblings, but subsequently changed my mind and wanted seven kids so I could give them both my name and my husband's name.
At age 15, she had already achieved that aim with her first two sets of twins and triplets, having only had two pregnancies.
She is unaware that she has an uncommon genetic tendency to hyper-ovulate, or to release many eggs in one cycle.
She received five sets of quadruplets, five sets of triplets, and five sets of twins as a result, all to the same man.
Mariam welcomed 44 children by the age of 38; if her final pregnancy hadn't ended in miscarriage, the number would have been higher.

She now struggles as a single mother to care for her children after her husband left them.
Mariam claimed she tried multiple times to have her womb twisted or have her tubes blocked, but to no avail. There is no proven technique of contraception.
She consequently thinks it is her destiny to procreate, and she eagerly anticipates doing it.
