John Akparibo Ndebugre was a politician from Ghana who served in the Republic of Ghana.
In the 4th Parliament of the 4th Republic of Ghana, he was a Member of Parliament for the Zebilla seat in the Upper East Region of Ghana.
He was a delegate to the People's National Congress.
Early childhood development and education
On March 12, 1950, Ndebugre was born. He graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree.
He was also a graduate of the Ghana School of Law, where he earned a bachelor's degree in law.

Political Career
The People's National Convention had Ndebugre as a member. After winning the General Election in December 2004, he was elected to Parliament in January 2005.
In the fourth parliament of the fourth Republic of Ghana, he was elected as the MP for the Zebilla seat.
Elections
In the 2004 Ghanaian general elections, Ndebugre was elected for the first time as a Member of Parliament for the Zebilla, Bawku West constituency in the Upper East Region of Ghana.
He was elected on the People's National Convention ticket.
His constituency was one of the three (3) parliamentary seats gained by the People's National Convention in that election for the Upper East Region, out of a total of thirteen.
Out of 230 seats in parliament, the People's National Convention secured a minority of four seats. He received 11,026 votes out of a total of 31,188 valid ballots cast.
This amounted to 35.4 percent of all valid ballots cast.
He was chosen over New Patriotic Party's Appiah Moses, National Democratic Congress' Cletus Apul Avoka, and Convention People's Party's Sulley Aneda Apam.
