 Sleeping Disorders 

Is a condition that deal with issues with sleep quality, timing, and quantity, resulting in daytime distress and impairment in functioning Sleep-wake difficulties are frequently associated with medical or mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, or cognitive disorders. It sometimes link with both Physical and Emotional problem.

These are some of sleeping disorders

Obstructive sleep apnea; A condition in which the upper airways are blocked. This causes breathing pauses throughout the night, which might cause you to wake up suddenly, frequently with a choking sound. Snoring is a typical symptom of this condition. 

Delayed sleep; Is a condition that affect sleep. This is a sleep-related condition. The 24-hour cycle of sleep and wakefulness is disrupted by this condition. It's possible that you won't feel tired or fall asleep until the middle of the night. This sleep cycle makes it difficult to wake up in the morning and causes weariness during the day. 

Restless Legs Syndrome; Is a condition that causes, Varicose Veins Bulging, Legs Heavy, Fatigued, or Swollen Spider Veins.

Legs that are uncomfortable or restlessness

Common example are; Aching or Cramping, Swallowing Ankle etc.

Venous Ulcers Skin Discoloration Around the Ankles. Through this it makes you unable to sleep. 

These are some of the few causes of sleeping disorders 

Insomnia It's a condition where people fine it difficulty falling as sleep. 

Life pressures (such as job loss or change, death of a loved one, or moving) can cause short-term or acute insomnia, as can disease or environmental variables such as light, noise, or severe temperatures.

Depression, chronic stress, and pain or discomfort at night can all contribute to long-term or chronic insomnia (insomnia that happens at least three nights a week for three months or more).

People with insomnia have problem of 

> Difficulty falling as sleep, Waking up too early in the morning etc.

These are some of the disorders that affect humans sleep.

How to prevent Sleep disorders 

  • Sleep in a room that is dark, quiet, and at a suitable temperature. 
  • Large meals should not be had within two hours of going to bed. 
  • In the four to six hours before night, avoid coffee, alcohol, and nicotine.
