The National Service Scheme (NSS) employees are embarking a Nationwide strike.
A group of National Service personel calling itself Coalition of Suffering National Service Personnel (CSNSP), an organization of National Service Personnel, to called for a Nationwide strike over unpaid payments on 30th May, 2022.
The National Service Scheme (NSS) owes some of its members (National Service Personnel) three to four months' allowances, according to the organisation.
They believe Personnel is having financial difficulties as a result of the delay in payment of allowances and the present economic downturn.

The strike will begin on Monday, May 30th, 2022, and is expected to last until further notice.
"We are entitled to proper treatment. We hereby request that all employees adhere to and comply with this notice." Personnel stated.
