How to keep your kidney healthy and safe

 

They are alot of ways to keep your kidney healthy/Function effectively

These are; 

Eat a healthy diet; kidneys are one of the most important organs in human, inorder to maintain or repair your kidney you need to be eating a healthy diet or eating the right food and proportion meal to able to boost your immune system examples; Apple, cabbage, Avocado etc.

Don't Smoke; engaging yourself in smoking can cause demage to your immune system examples; diabetes, lung's disease etc. So in this case avoid smoking cigarettes can help you maintain a good health.

Keep active and fit; Exercise daily at least 30 minutes to an hour each day like running, jogging, walking etc. Also eat the right food and proportion meal.

Drink enough water; drinking enough water help the kidney to be able to filter or do it job well because we loose alot of fluid every seconds we intend doing something, hydrated, about 60 percent (%) of the body is made up of water, and about 71 percent (%) of the planet surface covered by water. Drink alot of water to maintain healthy kidney.
