AFCON 2021; Ghana Sacks Black Stars Coach Milovan Rajevac,

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has been instructed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports with account the work and capacity of Black Stars towards the head coach, Milovan Rajevac.
The FA has also been authorized by the Ministry to reconstruct the Black Stars Management Committee.
This follows the Black Stars’ led to bad performance at the present AFCON 2021 in Cameroon.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports held meeting with the GFA on Friday afternoon to discuss the Black Stars’ performance in the AFCON 2021.
The Minister of Youth and Sports, Mustapha Ussif said in a statement that the country has lost interest and faith in the team about the coach’s ability.
“The Ministry made it vid vid to the GFA that the people of Ghana have lost interest and confidence in the capacity of the team of the Black Stars to deliver success. The Ministry, therefore, asked the GFA to reconstruct the work and capacity of the Black Stars technical team led by the head coach Milovan Rajevac,” the statement reads.
"Towards the emergency meeting, the Ministry, in accordance with his mandate asked the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to reconstruct the Black Stars Management Committee" as a whole,

According to a Ghanaian news media online outlet, Ghanaweb, although the public haven’t been given an official statement over the sacking of the coach, it was gathered that it is due to the coach’s ‘poor performance’ of the team at the ongoing African Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
